What happens if I don’t appear in court after paying the bail bond?

Every state is different, however in the State of North Carolina he or she paid the bail is responsible for your actions until you show up in court.

Can a Bail Bondsman arrest me?

A Bail Bondsman cannot arrest you in the state of North Carolina, however other states do have different bail laws and those begin as soon as you step into the land.
